Predominance of balsamic aromas mixed with herbaceous notes of Provence, black olives, ripe red fruits and forest fruit jam. Smoky and spicy notes from its ageing in barrels.
Ruby red with good brightness and garnet reflections.
Smooth mouthfeel with herbal notes. Medium-bodied with round, velvety tannins. Fine finish and balsamic aftertaste.

GROWING AND HARVESTING CONDITIONS: Our Agrelo vineyard is located in a low area of Luján de Cuyo. The winds coming down from the Andes Mountains favour a cool climate and a large thermal amplitude due to a hill located in the eastern region that channels these winds. This vineyard has homogeneous sandy-loam soils that facilitate water drainage, optimal root development and ensure a natural control of the vigour of the vines with a good balance of fruit. The grapes from this vineyard produce wines with good volume, desired alcohol level, intensity, ageing potential and typicity.
GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Sangiovese.
REGION OF THE VINEYARD: Agrelo.
MATURATION: The 50% wine aged in French and American oak barrels for 8 months.
