This wine captivates with its vibrant aromas of raspberry, poached strawberry, walnut and spice, embraced by a delicate perfume of mint and dried roses. Medium-bodied with fine tannins and flavours of ripe strawberries, hazelnuts and menthol. The finish is long, savoury and discreetly sweet.

Title: McLaren Vale

History:
In 2012, Andre and Selina Bondar fell in love with a Shiraz vineyard called Rayner, planted between 1947 and 1950 in McLaren Vale, South Australia. This love gave birth to their first vintage, Violet Hour, a wine Andre knows well having vinified with Alain Graillot. His wines represent the new Australian wave, fresh, flavoursome and digestible; something different and so Australian.
