Grapes from the highest plots of the estate, with direct exposure to the ocean, natural yields of 5 to 6 tons per hectare and soil made of marl (clay, sand and limestone). Hand-harvested, pressed without maceration and fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, without acid correction. Yellow with green reflections; aromas of currant and freshly cut grass; pure palate, with citrus, tropical fruit and mineral undertones.
