Plantas de 2008 en solo 0,6 hect\u00e1reas, sobre suelos coluviales con alta proporci\u00f3n de granito, incrustaciones de cuarzo y muy buen drenaje. Vendimia manual temprana y fermentaci\u00f3n con levaduras nativas en cuba de 2.000 litros, con un 30 % de racimo entero. El vino gota se cr\u00eda 10 meses en tinaja de greda y el de prensa en barricas francesas usadas. Rojo granate; frutas rojas, flores silvestres, p\u00f3lvora, romero, tomillo y pimienta blanca; boca jugosa y acidez vibrante.
