Fine Maslin skins on a layer of ferruginous gravel, exposed to the sea breeze from the southwest. Hand-harvested, 80% % destemmed and fermented whole berries and clusters in open barrels with gentle extraction. Nose of blackberry, plum, cinnamon and black chocolate. Generous and layered palate, with concentration of old vines and tannins and savoury notes that balance the fruit.
