Hand-harvested and fermented with whole berries in open tanks, with gentle maceration; nine months of aging in French oak barrels, approximately one-third new. Intense nose of dark red fruit with wild mint and rhubarb. Concentrated mouthfeel of cherry, raspberry, cranberry and blackberry, with fresh acidity, fine tannins and notes of five Chinese spices.
