Its own grapes and those purchased in the Causses, at altitudes between 320 and 350 m, on soils mainly clay-calcareous; vines are an average age of 30 years and yields are 40 hl\/ha. Traditional short vinification with maceration in stainless steel and cement tanks for about 15 days, and a full year of aging exclusively in tank without wood. Young profile, focused on the fruit.
