The soil is friable limy and the climate is temperate with influence from the maritime winds. Cold pre-fermentation maceration at 0 \u00b0C for 5 days, fermentation in stainless steel tanks and complete malolactic fermentation. Aging for 8 months in oak barrels. Bright red color with purple hues. Aromas of black cherry and mineral nuances, with hints of spices and vanilla from the aging process. Mature tannins and balanced acidity.
