Soil: Volcanic, alluvial and colluvial, basaltic (Andesite), clay loam texture, high content of rocks and organic matter. 500 metres above sea level.

Climate of the vintage: Spring was cooler than normal, but the summer was warm. Dry and healthy conditions for the harvest. Very colourful and concentrated red wines in the valley. Great aromatic profiles.

Age of Plants: 11 years old (100% grown on farm)

Yields (per hectare): 6 tonnes

Organic Farm Certifications: (Ecocert). Biodynamic (Demeter)

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of March and April. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks (5000 litres) for 25 days at 24°C. No yeast was added.

Ageing10 months in French oak barrels; 20% new, 40% second use, 40% third use.
