Carménère 100 % de Viña Antiyal, línea Pura Fe, Valle del Maipo, a los pies de la cordillera de los Andes. Uvas con certificación orgánica y biodinámica, cultivadas sobre terrazas aluviales de origen volcánico a unos 500 metros de altitud. La añada 2021 tuvo una primavera particularmente fría, que dio un vino concentrado y aromático. Fermentación con levaduras nativas y crianza de 12 meses en barricas de roble francés. Nariz intensa y especiada; boca fresca y equilibrada, con brillo y profundidad. Añada 2021.

Soil: Volcanic, alluvial and colluvial origin, basaltic (Andesite), loamy texture, high content of rocks and organic matter. 500 metres above sea level.

Vintage weather: The spring was cooler than usual, but the summer was warm. Dry and healthy conditions for the harvest. Very colourful and concentrated red wines in the valley. Great aromatic profiles.

Age of plants: 11 years (100% farm-grown)
Yield (per hectare): 6 tonnes
Farm certifications: Organic (Ecocert), Biodynamic (Demeter).

Winemaking:
The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of March and April. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks (5000 litres) for 25 days at 24°C. No yeast was added.

Ageing:
10 months in French oak barrels; 20% new, 40% second use, 40% third use
