HARVEST DATE: 30 April 2022
Winemaking
HARVEST: Harvested by hand in 10 kg boxes. The grapes are transported by truck during the night to the Viña Aquitania winery in Santiago. The low temperature of the season allows a very good reception.
PRESSING: The grapes are pressed whole, without previous crushing.
FERMENTATION: 100 % in stainless steel. Without MLF. Aged in tank on lees for 9 months.
TREATMENTS: Closed filtration prior to bottling.
BOTTLING: 16 August 2022
