Atlantico Sur Albariño

Each parcel of Albariño is harvested at different ripening times, obtaining different wines from the same vineyard. Harvested early, we get the more citrus and floral side, while two weeks later we get fruit aromas such as melon and peach. The mineral profile is achieved in both instances and has differences between vineyards.

In the winery, we use different pressing and maceration techniques depending on the aromatic richness of the skins. After the alcoholic fermentations of each micro-plot are finished, we define the blend and store it in a tank with a stirring of the lees for a few months. All this favours the stability of the wine over time, maintaining the aromatic intensity so characteristic of fresh Albariños.
