Colomé Torrontés

Torrontés from Bodega Colomé, sourced from vineyards located between 1,700 and 2,300 meters above sea level in the Alto Valle Calchaquí (Salta). The daily thermal amplitude of these high-altitude valleys favors the aromatic expression of Argentina’s emblematic white variety, with great freshness and good acidity. Cold fermentation at 12 °C. Nose of jasmine and citrus; in the mouth it is fresh, round and full-bodied, with a long and fine finish. Year of harvest 2022. 13.5 % vol.
