HARVEST NOTES
2018 provided near-perfect growing conditions, with mild spring and summer weather and no significant heat events. The excellent conditions resulted in a slightly larger than normal harvest for our red varieties, with fully lignified seeds at low sugar levels. With mild weather in autumn, we harvested each block at optimum ripeness, producing exceptionally juicy and polished red wines, with velvety tannins and lovely structure.
