Decoy Limited red blend from the Duckhorn family, made with grapes from vineyards in the Napa Valley (California), including the winery's own vineyards. It is Decoy's highest-end red blend. Aged in French oak barrels. Nose of blackcurrant, blackberry and cherry, with notes of sweet spices. Wide, silky tannins, and a long finish with memories of blackberry and cherry. Year of bottling 2019. 14.5 % vol.

HARVEST NOTES
2018 provided near-perfect growing conditions, with mild spring and summer weather and no significant heat events. The excellent conditions resulted in a slightly larger than normal harvest for our red varieties, with fully lignified seeds at low sugar levels. With mild weather in autumn, we harvested each block at optimum ripeness, producing exceptionally juicy and polished red wines, with velvety tannins and lovely structure.
