Foxglove Zinfandel (Varner) from the Paso Robles AVA in the Central Coast of California. Unfermented grape and mostly made in stainless steel, which preserves the ripe fruit without darkening it. Nose of blackberry, cherry and plum with notes of cinnamon and black pepper. Juicy and silky mouthfeel, with black fruit and plum notes, with a spicy finish. Serve slightly chilled.
