Production Notes
Premium Shiraz, sourced from selected vineyards throughout the central Clare Valley, fermented for a week on its skins using a gentle pumping-over regime. The most intense pressings were separated from the blend to ensure optimum mouthfeel and texture.
The wine was then aged mainly in American oak for 22 months before fining, filtration, further maturation in tanks and bottling. It is suitable for drinking at any time from the present to ten years of age.
