Vineyards: Adelina
Basic Viticultural Information: Estate vineyard, planted in 1908 (approx.). Red sand on clay base with slate and limestone. Cultivated organically (not certified). Altitude 440m.
Winemaking: Manual harvest, destemming (approximately 50% of whole bunches), fermented in concrete. Two fermentations, 22 and 42 days in contact with the skins respectively. Pressed into 700 litre French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and maturation for 9 months.
Total production: 1734 bottles.
