Patagonian Sauvignon Blanc from Bodega Malma, in San Patricio del Chañar (Neuquén). The cool climate of the northern Patagonia preserves the acidity and aromatic character of the variety. On the nose, citrus and tropical fruit, with pink grapefruit and a herbal hint of rhubarb. Fresh mouthfeel, with marked acidity and a clean finish. Year of bottling 2022.

Drip-irrigated vines on high trellis driven by bilateral cordon with vertically positioned shoots.
Comments
Manual harvest, selection of bunches and destemming. Maceration in a pneumatic press for 6 hours at 10o C. Decanting of the must for 48 hours at 10o C. Fermentation at 14o/16o C for 12 days with selected yeasts.
