Sauvignon Blanc de Villard Fine Wines, Expresión Reserve range, from the Casablanca Valley (Chile). Spurred vineyard with double Guyot pruning on deep soils of medium to thick texture. Hand-harvested with selection in the vineyard and in the cellar, fermentation at 15 °C for 25 days and aging for 5 months in fine lees in stainless steel tanks. Nose of citrus, passion fruit, flowers and mango; mouthfeel of green apple and tropical fruit, refreshing acidity and a crisp finish. Year of bottling 2022. 13.5 % vol.
