Villard Fine Wines' Tinto Ensamble, Grand Vin range, from the Casablanca Valley winery (Chile), built around Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon with complementary varieties according to the vintage. Vineyards on slopes with friable clay soil, with manual harvesting and selection in the vineyard and in the cellar. Cold maceration, malolactic fermentation and prolonged aging in French oak barrels from the Nadalié winery. Deep red color; nose of black currant, mint, black pepper, chocolate and vanilla. Powerful entry, good balance and elegant finish. 2018 vintage.
