Malbec from Bodega Tapiz, Alta Collection line, from the unique vineyard Finca San Pablo, in the Uco Valley (Mendoza), at 1,350 meters above sea level, with cool nights due to the proximity of the mountain range. Cold maceration, fermentation in stainless steel tanks and complete malolactic fermentation. 10 months of aging in French (85 %) and American (15 %) oak barrels of first and second use. Intense garnet red color. Cherry, raspberry and blackberry with floral and spicy touches; the wood provides vanilla, chocolate and toasted almond notes. Voluminous and long finish. Year 2020. 14.2 % vol.
