Bodega Tapiz’s red blend with a Merlot base (69 %%), complemented with Cabernet Franc (22 %%), Cabernet Sauvignon (8 %%) and Petit Verdot (1 %%), from the single vineyard Finca San Pablo, in the Uco Valley (Mendoza), at 1,350 meters above sea level and with cool nights due to the proximity of the mountain range. Fermentation in stainless steel at 28 °C, complete malolactic fermentation and 11 months of aging in French oak barrels. Nose of raspberry, cassis and truffle with spicy notes, coffee and chocolate. Intense palate, with sweet and elegant tannins, with a long finish. Year of production 2018. 15.3 % vol.

FERMENTATION
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for approximately 12 days at 28 °C. Use of selected yeasts. Malolactic fermentation in a 100 %.
BREEDING
11 months in French oak barrels.
