CHARACTERISTICS: It is an area very close to the Atlantic Ocean, which influences a special typicity in its wines, with intense spicy notes, good colour and structure.
FERMENTATION: Cold pre-maceration (0oC) for 5 days to extract colour and aromas and fermented in stainless steel tanks for approximately 8 days at 26oC. 100% Malolactic Fermentation.
AGEING: 8 months in oak barrels
