Protected against oxygen throughout the entire process, slow fermentation at low temperature and without malolactic fermentation. Nose of citrus and white flowers with a hint of ginger; in the mouth, pink grapefruit, lime and guava. Fresh and intense, with balanced acidity. Year of bottling 2021. 12.0 % vol.
