SAUVIGNON BLANC 2022
Our Cartagena Sauvignon Blanc is produced with grapes from the highest vineyard blocks with direct exposure to the Pacific Ocean. It is in this area that the temperatures do not drop as much at night as in the higher plots that are affected by frost. This creates a special microclimate that causes the vines to naturally produce no more than 5 to 6 tons per hectare. The soil consists of marl (a mixture of clay, sand and limestone).

VINIFICATION
The grapes were harvested in the last week of March. The grapes were hand-picked, separated from unwanted green material and then destemmed and pressed. There was no maceration. Fermentation was carried out at low temperature in stainless steel tanks. No acidity correction.
