Region: San Patricio Del Chañar - Patagonia Argentina. Latitude: 39° S.
Climate: Wide temperature range. Low atmospheric humidity; constant winds and low precipitation.
Soil: Aeolian loose sandy soil of 20 cm, somewhat stony with good drainage and fairly large rocks at depth. The soils have a very low organic content.
VINIFICATION
Fermentation: Traditional, 14-16 days with controlled temperature at 26-28°C.
