GROWING SEASON
The 2021 growing season was moderate and consistent. Due to drought conditions, we observed slower bud growth, so we provided extra care and attention to the vines by managing canopy and crop loads. Shorter bud break, combined with below average fruit set, resulted in lower yields compared to last year; however, quality was very high overall! There was great acidity in the white grapes, such as Sauvignon Blanc, and the wines are fresh, vibrant and aromatic in this vintage.
